The Basics on a Villa Wedding
For a villa to hold a function they must be licensed function venue, we recommend wedding villas that are approved function venues.
Generally a celebration of over 15 people is considered a function and you will be required to pay a function fee. This fee is usually equivalent to one (additional) night stay.
Guests are usually required to book the venue as an accommodation for the standard minimum stay requirement (for example 3 nights in low season / 5 night is high season).
Each Villa has a maximum capacity for events, for example standing room for 100 or seated 80 people depending on your guest list.
All wedding/ function venues will insist on the appointment of a professional Event Organizer before permission to hold a function is granted.
